This is the chemical symbols for table salt (Na is sodium, Cl is chlorine, salt is sodium chloride or NaCl. Hence “adding salt” because they are also using the + symbol.
Burn and bruise are injuries
So it sounds like “adding salt to injuries”
Which sounds like the well known phrase “Add insult to injury” which is the answer.
